"If we can't fix it, it ain't broke!"

CNC equipment firmly adheres to Murphy's Law, and will always fail just when you need it the most. LSE technicians offer rapid response and the fastest possible return to profitability. When combined with our Preventative Maintenance program, our technician will have the familiarity with your machine to move directly to the problem and not waste time, and your money, learning the idiosyncrasies of that machine. We can use either OEM replacement parts or certified rebuilt parts. We can perform the proper tests and run capability studies to ensure that your CNC's run as good as the day you first fired them up.

LSE  can rebuild most electric motors and controllers. This includes DC brush-type motor cleaning and repair.
LSE can upgrade your controllers communications, and memory boards. We can install RS232 interfaces on most equipment. We can also clean and inspect your electrical cabinet.
LSE can run a capability study on your CNC and compare it to factory specs or past results. We can check spindle runout and squareness of your ways.
LSE can rebuild chucks, spindles and rail packs.
